I bought these for my son. He wears a size 7 (big boys) or Mens. I ordered a size 7 and they fit just right. He says that they are comfortable. He was very pleased that I was able to find him red shoes. He wears special orthotic braces and they are much easier to wear and put on with a "skater style" shoe. He was excited that they came in the Superman special edition as well.
